On behalf of the Board of Directors and Members of the Hotel and Restaurant Association of the Philippines, we welcome you, our colleagues in the Industry to join this Free Webinar.

 We bring to you HOPE in the midst of uncertainties.  As we struggle in our own businesses, one assurance amongst ourselves is that support and assistance will always be within our reach coming from our friends in the Industry.

FENADY URIARTE

- Head, Business Development Management of Southeast Asia for STR, a Division of CoStar Group, Inc.

She has over 13 years of experience in hospitality and real estate with global brands such as Mandarin Oriental Group, Las Vegas Sands Corporation, Raffles Hotel Singapore and Century Properties Group, Inc. A graduate of Bachelor of Arts, degree in Organizational Communication in De La Salle University, Fenady has certification in Revenue Management from Cornell University and Hotel Industry Analytics from American Hotel and Lodging Association.

She also completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) in Hospitality Management from Nanyang Technological University, Financial Analysis of Hotel Investments and Valuing Hotel Investments Through Effective Forecasting from Cornell.

Fenady frequently presents the latest trends and updates for hospitality and tourism events, conferences and webinars in Southeast Asia. She has recently presented in virtual conferences such as: ITB Asia 2020 and Meet the Experts Conference - “Vietnam Hospitality Market 2021”.

EVA MAUREEN CLARAVALL

EVA MAUREEN CLARAVALL is the Customer Experience (CX) and Brand Guidance practice lead in the Philippines.   She practices in sectors of Finance, FMCG and Telecommunication  covering full breadth – from customer journey mapping, transactional satisfaction, customer and employee relationships, branding and strategy. She also provides consultative roles to companies running full Customer Experience Management and Brand Guidance programmes. On top of this, Eva plays a key role in building and maintaining client partnerships in Kantar Philippines.     

Eva can already look back on a long career as a market research professional with over 20 years of experience in the field working on various industries in the Philippines and around Asia at regional capacity.  In the last decade, her focus was on content and technology researches, founded on strong  fundamental human understanding, before later narrowing her focus to studies about the connected consumers and how they navigate the digital lifestyle.

She joined Kantar in 2014 and acted as the local lead for Kantar’s foray into understanding the digital customer through the Connected Life Study. Prior to joining Kantar, Eva spent a number of years with other research agencies on both local and regional (APAC) roles, Colgate-Palmolive Philippines, and ABS-CBN Corporation.

MA. CHRISTINA G. AQUINO

MA. CHRISTINA G. AQUINO is the Chairwoman of the Tourism Industry Board Foundation, Inc. (TIBFI). She is an Associate Board Member of the Hotel and Restaurant Association of the Philippines (HRAP), and the Director/Company Secretary of THE-ICE Board. Ms. Aquino is a member of CHED Technical Committee of Tourism and Hospitality and an NCR Regional Quality Assurance Team (RQAT), a resource person for TESDA specifically in the Tourism sector, an ASEAN Master Tourism Assessor for Housekeeping and a DTI Philippine Quality Award (PQA) Assessor. She is the Past President of the Council of Hotel and Restaurant Educators of the Philippines (COHREP) National and Asia Pacific Council of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Education (APacCHRIE).

Ms. Aquino recently retired from Lyceum of the Philippines University where she was the Executive Director for Linkages & Standards and International Affairs Office and Deputy Integrated Management Representative for various ISO programs (QMS & EMS).
